In Swedish Massage sessions, she works with muscles and other soft tissues of the body to create a relaxing experience. Massage can help reduce stress and lessen pain and muscle tightness.

For lymphatic work, she holds certifications in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and works with clients who have an intact lymphatic system. She especially enjoys working with post cosmetic surgery clients to aid recovery and healing, people suffering from chronic conditions that tax the immune system, as well as those looking to enhance the body’s general wellbeing. She enjoys working with the lymphatic system and appreciates the importance of this gentle touch practice on the immune system.

A life-long Annapolis resident, Trésa is a member of St. Philips Episcopal Church. Family and friends are her priority. Liz Gallelli is an expert manual therapist with a doctorate of Physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Medicine. Her skillset runs deep and stems from over a dozen years in manually-based, outpatient orthopedic clinics and intensive training in several institutes of manual therapy, notably in Functional Manual Therapy (The Institute of Physical Art) and Visceral Mobilization (Barral Institute). She has additional training in Craniosacral technique (Upledger Institute).

Unlike traditional physical therapy, which often focuses on treating isolated symptoms or areas of dysfunction, Liz’s approach regards the entire body and spirit as a wise and interconnected system.
